We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Brain Reframe Ltd, also trading as Brain Reframe, is registered in England and Wales, registered number: 10055221, registered address: Nicholson House, 41 Thames Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8JG.
2.1. Subject to condition 2.2, when a person has attended a Meeting, Consultation, Workshop, Course, Retreat, or other Event and signed a consent form’or contract, they become a ‘Client’ of Brain Reframe Ltd.
2.2. Acceptance of a person as a Client is at the absolute discretion of Brain Reframe Ltd.
3.1. Details of fees are available either on the website or directly from Brain Reframe Ltd and will be such prices as determined by Brain Reframe Ltd from time to time.
3.2. Payment for therapy or coaching sessions is due in advance of the first session via bank transfer on receipt of an invoice, which will be created using our Accounting Software (Xero) and sent via e-mail. Clients may also pay via Direct Debit (using 3rd party software GoCardless). Payment plans may also be available under certain circumstances. 3.3. Payment for workshops, retreats, courses events or other services or products is payable in advance of the workshop, etc. – terms as per the Terms and Conditions. Payment is either via bank transfer on receipt of invoice (as above) or, for courses sold online and hosted by 3rd party software ClickFunnels or 3rd party software MasterMind, payment is via credit card (Stripe integration). From time to time Brain Reframe Ltd may use the 3rd party service Eventbrite to host an event, in which case payment is via Eventbrite.
3.4. Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for therapy sessions, workshops, retreats, events and any other purchase of services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions. Refunds, if any, shall be entirely within the discretion of Brain Reframe Ltd.
4.1. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling therapy or coaching sessions to enable the appointment to be offered to another Client. A minimum of 1 week’s notice is required for rescheduling of workshops.
4.1.1. All cancellations should be made via email, text message or verbally via telephone.
4.1.2. Same day cancellations, forgotten or missed appointments will be charged in full. Payment terms as above.
4.1.3. If this cancellation policy is not adhered to, you risk being charged for the full session, event etc.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement and Consent between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of any of our Services or Products indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
