High performance coaching and consulting exists because capability isn't always the problem.
The people I work with are intelligent, experienced and successful. They typically don't need someone to tell them how to do their job.
They need someone who can help them understand what's getting in the way of them performing at the level they know they're capable of.
And then help them fix it.

Why Me?
Hello! I’m Dr Marcelle Crinean.
On paper, I'm a Certified High Performance Coach™️ and Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist.
In reality, I’m much harder to categorise.
I have a PhD in Experimental Psychology, a diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy, and I'm trained in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, business coaching, and high performance coaching.

I had a 20-year career in IT Software in various senior positions

I’ve been the CEO of a mental health CIC

I've been the Co-CEO and COO of a management consultancy firm

I’ve mentored hundreds of small business owners

And for the last 10 years I’ve run my own practice coaching and advising leaders and business owners as a trusted partner
Consequently, I see and understand things that other coaches miss.
Which means we won’t be wasting time solving the wrong problem.
