The goal of High Performance Coaching is to help you unlock your full potential and go further than you ever have before – across all contexts of your life, without compromising your health, happiness, or relationships.

In our high performance coaching sessions, we’ll use a proven and evidence-based framework (and also the highest rated in the coaching industry in terms of client satisfaction) to help accelerate your growth and success.

The starting point is an initial 2-hour, personal ‘Discovery Session’ – delivered either in person, on the phone or via Zoom – where you will experience life-changing deep coaching with me. During this session, I will help you discover major insights and breakthroughs, as well as teach you some high performance habits, skills, or concepts.

At the end of this 2-hours, you might not even need additional coaching sessions! But if, after the discovery session, you feel you would benefit from additional coaching sessions, we’ll discuss together what a program of coaching would look like for you.

High Performance Coaching typically involves the following steps:

  1. Create a new vision – I’ll help you get really clear on who you are and what you want when it comes to your career, your finances, your relationships, your family, your health, your purpose, and so on.
  2. Optimise your physical and mental health – Eliminate fatigue, overwhelm, stress, anxiety, excess weight, unhealthy habits, and remove all the excuses that stop you from consistently being your best self.
  3. Take full command of you, your life, and your future – Unlock courage and influence, let go of fear and doubt, and become unstoppable in all areas of your life.
  4. Fuel your resilience, confidence, and momentum – Create the winning high performance habits, skills, and practices that both help you to face any obstacles or challenges that life throws your way (and it will!) and support your goals and next-level success.

Each coaching session is delivered one-on-one with me (not someone in ‘my team’!), either in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom.

Between each session you will have unlimited access to me via any channel that supports you best. Plus, I will send you a worksheet after every session so that you can continue your exploration into further self-awareness and understanding and create even more breakthroughs.
